  • We will ship out your order within 2~3 working days after getting your payment. Some products need 3~5 working days because the speacial shipping way or stock limited. Drop ship orders will ship out within 48 hours after we getting payment.
  • If you need to fixed the shipping way or you have own shipping forwarder, please inform us before we shipping your order.
  • We use forwarder to deliver goods to other countries because forwarder can get big discount from express companies(DHL,UPS,Fedex,EMS etc). It can help customers to save some shipping costs.
  • If your register shipping address is remote areas(by the result of office website), we have right to charge customers of the remote shipping fee.
  • We accept payment terms: T/T ,Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal ( Limited to use)

  • Air mail post service — 30-60days (max. 2kg per parcel)

Shipping cost:
You can contact us and our sales staff will help you with shipping cost quote. We charge the shipping fee based on the shipping method, destination country and the gross weight.
Shipping cost shall be paid in advance. If you use your own courier or freight forwarder to handle the shipment, you are responsible for the local transportation costs from our warehouse to the courier’s drop-off location.

1.Return & Replace :
If any product is damaged during transportation or has quality problem , please contact us within 5 days after the package is signed. If the damage products are spare parts, we will resend spare parts to clients freely in the next order. If product is defective, please return to us through post service for exchange or refund. Before returning, please ensure that the products and package as 100% same as we offered and need contact us to provide return address. If we did not get returned parcel because of wrong return address, we will not take responsibility.

2. Custom & Invoice :
When you import products from others countries, there is always the possibility of paying import taxes. We can help you reduce or avoid Import taxes by declaring low value for the goods, declaring the contents as”electronic accessories” or other items and shipping in simple packaging. If parcel is seized by client’s country custom and ask for paying taxes because of less declared value, we will not undertake the taxes. Clients should bear all taxes, we will try our best to offer the documents custom required. If there are special requirements and considerations when deliver goods to you, please remark it when you make order. If customer don’t make customs clearance or don’t tell us cause the product to be returned or destroyed , the customer have to undertake relative costs and losses.

3.Packing:
Usually products come with retail box. If clients do not need retail box and related accessories, we will just use bubble wrap packaging. Before shipping, we will put products in a standard carton box to deliver.
